Walk with Alberta

Join Village Walk Captain Alberta and her family
at
N Street Village Strong: A Community Walk.

“My grandkids love the Community Walk.  It’s a time for family and for community; it reminds me that I’ve come a long way from where I’ve been and that I will keep going in my recovery,” Alberta recently shared.

AlbertaOn October 19, Alberta and hundreds of others will come together in solidarity with those experiencing homelessness. If we recruit 2,000 walkers, Fannie Mae will give N Street Village an additional $20,000. Join us in-person or virtually today. Every walker counts.

This year, every person who joins our team as an adult ($30) or youth walker ($20) will count towards our walker goal, even if you can’t attend the Community Walk on October 19.* Sign up your friends and family at the same time — just enter each name and click “register another walker” before making final payment.

If we reach our goal, the additional $20,000 N Street Village receives will allow us to provide housing and supportive services for women like Alberta.  Learn more about Alberta on our team page and show your support by joining our team today!

*Please note, this year there is no “virtual walker” option but don’t let that stop you from joining our team, register by using the adult or youth walker option and count towards our goal.
