Ilana’s In-Kind Corner | Share Warmth

Thanks to everyone who visited my last In-Kind Corner post and collected cold medication for our community.  This past year, N Street Village served over 1,200 homeless and low-income women and we rely on donated items to serve our clients and to keep our operating budget as low as possible.  I am looking forward to using this space to share our community’s most urgent needs. So how can you help us this week?

This week’s need — winter boots and hand warmers

knee-snow-boots-for-womenAllow us to provide women who are vulnerable to the elements of winter with the resources they need to stay safe and warm.  Our stock of warm winter boots (in all sizes) and hand warmers is running low and we need your support!

Please consider running a drive at your school, place of worship, or workplace and help us stock up our closet.  Please hand warmerscontact me with any questions and to schedule a drop off appointment.  Thanks for your support!
